Ashkan Chavoshi and Siamak Soleimani came on stage to honor Samaneh Yadollahi for the film “The Shift” in the Best Screenplay category.
The certificate of appreciation for Best Direction was awarded to Edris Mahmoudian for the film “Limo Knew Everything,” presented by Maryam Bahrololoumi, Hossein Namazi, and Tiyam Yabandeh.
A special jury appreciation was given to Farnaz Moazen, Behrooz Soleimani Nazir, and Shirin Soleimani Nazir for the animated film “The Wayfarer”, with Arman Fayyaz and Marjan Ashrafizadeh presenting the award.
The Pegasus statue and certificate of appreciation for Best Film at the first Iran Open-Air Short Film Festival were awarded to Ali Alizadeh for the film “Recurrence.”
Ebrahim Raminfar, Director-General of Culture and Islamic Guidance in Lahijan, along with Zendehdel and Khoshhal, came on stage to present this trophy and certificate.
The Pegasus statue for Best Film was brought to the festival venue by a horseback rider. Additionally, Gilani women dressed in traditional attire presented certificates of appreciation and awards to the honorees of the inaugural Iran Open-Air Film Festival. The fireworks were also a striking part of the program.
Furthermore, the festival’s award for best feature film, was presented to Tiyam Yabandeh on behalf of Majid Barzegar for the film “Cause of Death: Unknown.”
The first edition of the Iran Open-Air Film Festival concluded under the presidency of Saeed Nejati, with Siavash Cheraghipour serving as festival director.
